Shipping Policy
ECP Inc. usually ships within 1 business day of your order. ECP does not ship on Sundays or holidays. If there are any unexpected delays ECP Inc. will notify you by email.
Return Policy
A RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is required for any returns or they will not be processed. The RMA number needs to be requested and written on the return package or a refund will be denied. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. A 20% deduction of product purchase price will be made on any partially used product. The total amount of money refunded will reflect the original amount paid less any shipping and non-reversible payment processing fees incured. Standard product purchased from ECP has a 30 day return period from arrival.
Bulk orders of 16 cans or more, gallon size, and custom orders are non-returnable.
